Turkey’s first privately-owned bank with a nationwide presence, Yapı Kredi

Yapı Kredi is the fourth largest private bank with total assets of TL 131.5 bln
as of 2012 and ranks fourth in total cash loans with 10.0% market share and
sixth in total deposits with 8.9% market share.

The Bank is the leader in credit cards (19.3% in acquiring volume). In
addition, Yapı Kredi holds leading positions in factoring (#1 with 15.0%
market share), leasing (#1 with 17.2% market share), asset management (#2

private pension funds (#3 with 17.1% market share), and life and non-life
insurance (#4 with 7.7% and #5 with 7.2% market shares, respectively).
Yapı Kredi, with 928 branches located in more than 75 cities, has the fifth
largest branch network in the Turkish banking sector. High quality products
and services are also provided to customers through alternative delivery
channels including two award winning call centers, internet and mobile
banking as well as 2,819 ATMs, the sixth largest network in Turkey.
Yapı Kredi Bank operates under the umbrella of Koç Financial Services, the
